Service Quality Requirements
Since August 1, 2001, rules have been in place to establish service standards for telecommunications providers. The Illinois Commerce Commission adopted Administrative Code 732 which established minimum standards of service for local exchange carriers. The rule provides for automatic credits to subscribers when the standards are not met.

You may register up to three phone numbers, including your cell phone. Registration is free.
After you register, it will take 31 days for your registration to become effective and you’re permitted to file a complaint. Complaints can be file at the National Do Not Call Registry page or by telephone at the toll free numbers listed above.
