Payments / Billing

Bills are mailed around the 1st of the month and due back on or before the 21st of the month.

If the date falls on a weekend or holiday, bills and/or payments will be processed the next business day.

Paying your bill is easy with New Windsor Telephone and New Windsor Cable TV, we offer multiple options for your convenience.

Automatic Payment Options

Bank Draft: Have your monthly bill taken out automatically from your checking or savings account. Sign up by contacting our office at 667-2712 or by completing the Monthly Payment Authorization Form.

In Person

New Windsor Office: Monday – Friday, 8am – noon and 1pm – 5pm or use 24/7 drop box located on the north side of our building.

By Phone
Credit and debit card payments accepted by phone at 667.2712. A 4% service charge will be added to your bill.

Not Able To Pay On Time?
If you find you are not able to make your payment on time, please contact our office at 667.2712. You may be able to avoid having your service disconnected for nonpayment.

Disconnect for Nonpayment
A disconnect notice will be sent prior to the service being disconnected. lf you are unable to make a payment on or before the disconnect date, please contact our office at 667-2712. Once the service is disconnected for nonpayment, the full amount needs to be paid before restoring the service and a reconnect fee will be billed.
